Con Trios Yacht Club Emeritus Life member Charles J. "Chuck" Tosovsky passed away Saturday July 12th of a heart attack at the age of 83. Chuck and Jean boated out of Alton Marina in the cruiser "Clay-Ann".
Visitation 4 PM to 8 PM Thursday July 17th at St Mary's Church Madison Ave., Edwardsville, Il (
