Blessing of the Fleet is being postponed indefinitely.
Due to the flooding currently going on it has become necessary to postpone the Blessing of the
Fleet. Once the level on the Grafton gauge drops below 21 feet we will need at least a week to
allow for cleanup of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rivers site, local roads and businesses.
Currently Palisades Yacht Club is closed and Longshot Saloon / My River Home is using the rear
entrance off of LeClaire Street, the LaRosa Cabana Bar is closed. Current projections show
about 22.7 on July 19th, the original date. Check the Blessing website at
www.blessingofthefleetstl.com and www.riverbills.com for updates. Here is a link to the
