Blessing of the fleet update

Just a heads up for anyone wanting to participate in the Blessing of the Fleet.
The 57th Annual Blessing of the Fleet scheduled for Saturday July 19th may be at risk of being postponed. River level projections now call for Grafton to go to 25.9 feet about July 11th before falling slowly. Critical levels at Portage des Sioux are in the 21 to 21.5 foot range.
